On Wednesday, May 3, 2023 the Bon Homme Heritage Museum was happy to welcome Tyndall Elementary's 4th Grade Students for a tour.
At the conclusion of the visit, museum board members announced an Essay Contest for the students. The theme for 2023 is "What I Learned at the Museum and Why It Matter." All 19 students submitted an essay and on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 the contest winners were announced in an award program at their classroom. Gavin Pravecek won first place with Kolby Dvoracek and Audrey Trevino earning honorable mentions. These winners received gift certificates from the Kitchen Table Cafe and all other students received a coupon for a free malt.
